Permanent jewelry is meant to be long-term, not unremovable. Please refer to our FAQ section for a list of common questions regarding your new piece of jewelry. While our pieces are designed to last, they do require some TLC.

  • Always rinse and pat dry after exposure to workouts, beach days or exposure to products

  • Avoid tugging or pulling - your chain is delicate

  • Life happens! In case of re-welds or adjustments, contact us
